I'm an actor and filmmaker based in New York City and will be graduating with an MFA in Acting from Actors Studio Drama School this Spring. I recently voiced the NY Philharmonic's Project 19 Concert and my first narrative short First Line of Defense, which I also act in, is due out later this year. Whether onstage or on-camera, I enjoy developing complex, flawed characters and search for the heart and humor in all stories.
Upcoming:
  • Lynn in Spite by Tariq Hamami at Actors Studio Drama School, April 6-9, 2022.
  • Pam in Leave It To Pam by Stephanie Kalogriopoulos at Actors Studio Drama School, dates forthcoming.

Selected New York Theatre roles include:
Officer Haley in Final Request (Nylon Fusion), Elizabeth in Queen Elizabeth of Factory Fifteen (Samuel French OOB), Mag in Town of No One (NY Fringe) and Marilyn Monroe in It's All Make Believe Isn't It? (Nylon Fusion).

My first documentary short film, Ninety-Two and A Quarter which highlights the life of nonagenarian Sarah Hackett, was featured at the Hamptons Doc Fest and Legacy Film Festival on Aging.

"Helen is every director's dream collaborator. She's a smart, agile actor always driven by living the truth of the moment. Her mastery of craft gives her the ability to nimbly shift between comedy and drama with ease. I adore working with Helen and run to her at every opportunity."
